For each and every project our solutions are both tailored and dynamic.
We have a breadth of good experience so bring deep thinking and smart moves to each project.
We promise fresh ideas, elegant forms, fine craftsmanship, deft proportions and curated materials — we plan for the play of light upon those, as well as changes over time.

Our experience covers a wide range of architecture and interior design, for private and commercial clients at all stages — from first thoughts, to completion.
We fully understand time, cost and quality are a fine balancing act and are comfortable steering project strategy with each in view.
We are an accomplished team who are easy to work with, inspiring and efficient.
We use sketch model making by hand as well as digitally aided in order to test, review, communicate and develop our proposals.
We value creative intuition as well as rigorous process and we enjoy the unique complexities of each site, brief and client — with each project, or part thereof, we seek to find beautiful solutions.
We consider various imagined scenario and explore the options to find the best possible and practical solutions over a series of iterative steps.
Our designs are led by our client’s many requirements, which are emergent during the course of our work.
Our skill is in celebrating each detail of a project, while delighting in the bigger picture.
In all we do, we aim to enhance daily life and ultimately, bring joy.
We love materials — our process includes creating sample palettes and mood boards to suit each element and to work holistically. We enjoy playful combinations as well as classic choices.
As well as architectural detail, we have passion for interior finishes, furniture, art direction and colour. At Michaelis Boyd Architects Leila was project architect for the variously themed interiors and shopfronts of over seven successful Byron Burger restaurants in London. She was a key member of the interior architect team for luxury residential apartments at Battersea Power Station; and played an important role in the refurbishment of the Palace Hotel, Manchester.
Building on previous experience, at Holland Harvey Architects, Leila was project architect for the shell and interiors refurbishment of a large Clapham townhouse project, ‘Lantern House’ and for the high-profile refurbishment of the iconic grocery store, ‘Panzer’s’ of St John’s Wood.
Architectural practice nurtures transferable skills and we are a team of critical thinkers; we enjoy all kinds of projects.
We take immense pleasure in our work and we form part of a network of designers, consultants and contractors who are driven, focused and committed.
We care about establishing and maintaining good relationships with every stakeholder in our work – from our clients and end users, to their neighbours, to passers by, and to future generations. We advocate sustainability and aim to be environmentally responsible.
To meet our client’s requirements, our services can be extremely simple or more complex. We always aim to demystify our process, with clear communication a priority at every stage.
